The third edition of Legal Analysis: The Fundamental Skill continues to teach students the critical skills of legal reasoning. This popular book introduced the CREAC paradigm to law students. ویرایش سوم تحلیل حقوقی: مهارت اساسی به آموزش مهارت‌های انتقادی استدلال حقوقی به دانش‌آموزان ادامه می‌دهد. این کتاب پرطرفدار پارادایم CREAC را به دانشجویان حقوق معرفی کرد. ویرایش سوم بر پایه‌ی پارادایم CREAC استوار است و نحوه استفاده از CREAC را به روش‌های مختلف توضیح می‌دهد. این کتاب راهنمای عملی و روشنی است که روش‌های متعددی را که وکلا قانون را تحلیل می‌کنند، توضیح می‌دهد. نویسندگان تحلیل حقوقی را از طریق توضیحات گام به گام سطوح مختلف تفکر انتقادی را رمزگشایی می کنند تا قانون را به طور کامل در مورد مشتری توضیح داده و اعمال کنند. مثال ها و تمرین های جدید نیز گنجانده شده است.
