Introduction Although psychoses are still the primary challenge of psychiatry, not to mention psychotherapy, they long ago ceased to occupy the emblematic position they had once held in the mental health field, ever since the modern psychiatric era was in its infancy. Nowhere is this so noticeable as in systemic family therapy which once considered them its primary source of inspiration. Among the myriad causes that have contributed to this situation, let us not underestimate the importance of what we might refer to as the comfortable self-complacency of the systemic profession- als, which have discovered in less compromising and complex problems more com- fortable and cost-effective areas on which to project themselves. And yet, the mystery of psychoses, as current today as ever before, and the fas- cination generated by their communicational idiosyncrasies, not to mention the suf- fering endured by patients and their relatives, requires that we persevere in the investigation of their relational bases. Such is the fundamental objective of our clinical practice, the principal characteristics of which we shall endeavour to com- municate in the lines that follow.

مقدمه اگرچه روان‌پریشی‌ها هنوز چالش اصلی روان‌پزشکی هستند، نه اینکه روان‌درمانی را ذکر کنیم، اما مدت‌ها پیش، از زمانی که دوران روان‌پزشکی مدرن در مراحل ابتدایی خود بود، جایگاه نمادینی را که زمانی در حوزه سلامت روان داشتند، اشغال نکردند. این موضوع در هیچ کجا به اندازه خانواده درمانی سیستمیک که زمانی آنها را منبع اصلی الهام خود می دانست، قابل توجه نیست. در میان دلایل بی‌شماری که به این وضعیت کمک کرده‌اند، اهمیت چیزی را که می‌توانیم از آن به عنوان خودرضایتی راحت حرفه‌ای‌های سیستمی یاد کنیم، دست کم نگیریم، که در مشکلات کم‌تر و پیچیده‌تر، راحت‌تر و راحت‌تر را کشف کرده‌اند. زمینه های مقرون به صرفه ای که می توانند خود را در آنها طرح ریزی کنند. و با این حال، معمای روان پریشی ها، که امروزه مانند همیشه رایج است، و شیفتگی ناشی از ویژگی های ارتباطی آنها، بدون ذکر رنجی که بیماران و بستگان آنها متحمل شده اند، ایجاب می کند که در بررسی رابطه آنها استقامت کنیم. پایه ها این هدف اساسی عمل بالینی ما است، که ما سعی خواهیم کرد ویژگی های اصلی آن را در خطوط بعدی بیان کنیم.
