I vividly remember the interview process for medical school and residency. The process was long, arduous and expensive. It required hours of pasting a smile on my face and feeling as if someone was watching my every move. But the process was also a chance to meet others that were in my shoes, a chance to travel, and a chance to connect. This was my opportunity to shine and show these institutions the true person behind the application. With each passing interview, I became more comfortable and confident. The reason was simple... I felt prepared!

چکیده فارسی

فرآیند مصاحبه برای دانشکده پزشکی و رزیدنتی را به خوبی به یاد دارم . این فرآیند طولانی، سخت و پرهزینه بود. به ساعت‌ها نیاز داشت که لبخندی روی صورتم بچسبانم و احساس کنم انگار یک نفر تمام حرکات من را زیر نظر داشت. اما این فرآیند همچنین فرصتی برای ملاقات با دیگرانی بود که در کفش های من، فرصتی برای سفر، و فرصتی برای اتصال. این فرصت من بود تا بدرخشم و این موسسات را نشان دهم. شخص واقعی پشت برنامه هر مصاحبه ای که می گذشت، راحت ترتر می شدم و مطمئن. دلیلش ساده بود... احساس کردم آماده ام!
