I bear witness and testify that there is no deity that is worthy of worship except Allah; He is alone and has no partners. I also bear witness and testify that Muhammad (sallahu allahi wasallam) is His perfect worshipper, and Messenger. May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, his family, and companions. And as to what follows, The importance of ilm and its rank is eminent in our religion of monotheism. It is a foundation and it is impossible to apply the legislation and fulfill our obligations, which is our purpose, without this knowledge. It is an important foundation that we begin with and put before everything. Allah, the Sublime and Exalted, says:

گواهی می‌دهم و گواهی می‌دهم که معبودی جز خدا نیست. او تنهاست و شریکی ندارد. من نیز شهادت می دهم و شهادت می دهم که محمد صلی الله علیه و آله و سلم عابد و رسول کامل اوست. درود خداوند بر او و خاندان و یارانش باد. و در ادامه، اهمیت علم و رتبه آن در دین توحید ما برجسته است. این یک پایه است و بدون این آگاهی نمی‌توان قانون را اعمال کرد و به تعهدات خود که هدف ماست، عمل کرد. این یک پایه مهم است که ما با آن شروع می کنیم و قبل از همه چیز قرار می دهیم. خداوند متعال می فرماید:
