 This study evaluates the competitiveness of the Taiwanese tourism sector by a multi-dimensional framework. The theoretical model proposes that the competitiveness of tourist destinations should be composed of Ricardian comparative advantages (like the conditions of natural endowments and the degree of technological change); Porterian competitive advantages; tourism management, i.e., providing high quality education and job training, public goods, support services and reduced transaction costs to enhance comparative and competitive advantages; and environmental conditions.

چکیده فارسی

 این مطالعه رقابت پذیری بخش گردشگری تایوان را با یک چارچوب چند بعدی ارزیابی می کند. مدل نظری پیشنهاد می‌کند که رقابت‌پذیری مقاصد گردشگری باید از مزیت‌های نسبی ریکاردی (مانند شرایط موهبت‌های طبیعی و درجه تغییر فن‌آوری) تشکیل شود. مزایای رقابتی پورتریان؛ مدیریت گردشگری، یعنی ارائه آموزش با کیفیت بالا و آموزش شغلی، کالاهای عمومی، خدمات پشتیبانی و کاهش هزینه های مبادله برای افزایش مزیت های نسبی و رقابتی. و شرایط محیطی.
